Hello friends, family, and co-workers, There are no easy words for moments like this, but Brittany and her family need s again. Brittany began the fight of her life after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020. She has endured countless rounds of chemotherapy and radiation, underwent a double mastectomy, and continued showing up every day with unbelievable strength and grace for her family, friends, coworkers, and especially her two beautiful daughters, Livi and Isabella. In 2024, the Hildebrandt's received the devastating news that Brittany’s cancer had returned and progressed to stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Since then, she has continued aggressive treatments while also carrying the emotional and financial weight of an impossible situation while working between treatments. Through it all, Brittany has remained a light to everyone around her — strong, hopeful, selfless, and determined to keep fighting for more time with the people she loves most. Yesterday, Brittany flew to New York to meet with her specialist for further evaluation. After an MRI, doctors discovered that the cancer has now spread throughout her brain. The only areas not impacted are the spots that had previously received radiation treatment. Brittany will remain in New York for the next several weeks to undergo whole-brain radiation. Back home, her husband Andy continues recovering from his own serious health complications, while their daughters navigate the heartbreak and uncertainty no children should ever have to face. If you know Brittany, you know she never wants to ask for help. She never wanted to be “that girl.” But right now, she needs her village more than ever.
